| Description |
Silicone coated nylon fabric.
This product provides excellent release and conformability as
well as crease, flex and tear resistance, The silicone rubber
surface has good abrasion resistance. The product is designed
as a release barrier for vacuum and pressure forming processes
in membrane press lamination. |
| Application |
For specific applications please refer to
Vacform Design. For use with veneer processes, to limit adhesive
contact with membrane.
Not usually used in solid wood veneering applications as there is a risk of silicone
transfer which will contaminate and cause problems to varnishing and finishing
processes. |
