Silicone Rubber - VSFM
Description VFSM silicone rubber is a high quality, high temperature resistant compound. The compound has a high tear stength, high elongation at break point with excellent heat ageing properties. The surface has a fabric finish that makes it ideal for matt finishes.
Application For specific applications please refer to Vacform Design. For use against vinyls and foils that require non-staining properties.
Not usually used in solid wood veneering applications as there is a risk of silicone transfer which will contaminate and cause problems to varnishing and finishing processes.
Temperature This material can be used up to 230°C
